 so let's start; so, first of all, I'm opening my Microsoft word you can directly open it from the start button or from the search button also but at this time I'm using the Windows key plus r to open Microsoft word.


then after that just you have to type ‘winword’. then just click on the ok button. so guys this is the interface of my Microsoft word and I'm clicking on the blank document.


after this you have to go inside the file and you have to click on the option.  so after clicking in the option you will get to the options window.

 so on this side now you can see here now you have to click or you have to check in the save or to recover information every 10 minutes.  so it is the default time, so you can make it one minute or you can make it two minutes.

At this time I'm using one minute and it means after every one minute my Microsoft word will automatically save all the documents.  okay! so in which folder it's telling me that auto record file location.


so my auto recover file location is this one.  okay!  so if I click in the browse maybe there is a folder, which is inside my data.


 inside the AppData, there is a roaming. inside the roaming,  there is a Microsoft and inside the Microsoft folder, there is a word . so I am just clicking in the ok. 

how to recover an unsaved/deleted microsoft word document


after that just you have to click on the okay. so if you want to find this folder just you have to select this one okay and copy it by pressing CTRL+C. 


Now you have to open windows explorer.  Now you have to paste by pressing ctrl v and press enter.  Now you will get the exact folder.  so now you can see here are a few files which are already saved previously.


if I want to recover this file just right-click ok and just click in the open with and you have to choose the Microsoft word document. so after this just click in the okay.

The hydrological cycle is the continuous movement of water from the Earth's surface to the atmosphere and back to the Earth's surface. Precipitation (rain, snow, sleet, or hail) falls from the atmosphere to the Earth's surface. Some of the precipitation evaporates and returns to the atmosphere as water vapor. The rest of the precipitation flows over the surface of the Earth as either surface runoff or groundwater. Groundwater is water that collects and flows beneath the Earth's surface. It is replenished by the precipitation that falls on the Earth's surface. The water that collects in underground aquifers can be used for drinking, irrigation, and other industrial and domestic needs. The hydrological cycle is important for the water cycle, which is important for the Earth's climate. The water cycle helps to regulate the Earth's temperature by transporting heat from the Earth's surface to the atmosphere.

Evaporation is one of the first processes of the hydrological cycle. In the evaporation stage due to the sun radiation, the ocean water will convert from liquid to gas form. After converting from liquid to gas form then it will become clouds. The process of being gas from liquid water is known as evaporation. Special you can also understand that the process of evaporation means the liquid form of water will convert into gas form is known as evaporation. 


Evapotranspiration

Evapotranspiration is another process of the hydrological cycle. Plants take Minerals and water from the root. They are getting their foods from their root. When they are taking food from the root then in that time they will take water also from the ground level water.


When the water will come from the plant's root then it will go off in the leaf of that plant. So win the solar radiation will come to the plant's leaves. Then the photosynthesis process helps to make those waters which are available inside plants' leaves convert into the gaseous form.


The liquid form of water available inside plants leave will be e converted in a gaseous form. It is known as evapotranspiration. In a simple way the liquid water of plants converts into the gas form it's known as transpiration. 


Condensation

When the evaporation and evapotranspiration process will finish than the liquid from the water will convert into gas. After that, the gases convert into clouds. The clouds will start to travel from one place to another place.


The process of the clouds traveling from one place to another place is known as condensation. In this process, your clouds will travel a very long time and your types of Clouds will convert into rain as soon as possible. 

In a simple way, the clouds travel from one place to another place that is known as condensation.


Precipitation

In this process, the clouds will convert into water form or in the snowfall. The process of precipitation means the gases will convert in the liquid form is known as the age of precipitation.


It will convert into water or snow in the process of precipitation. In this process, the gas form of water will come back in the river lakes and in the land.


So in a simple way, the process of being liquid from the gases form is known as precipitation. 


Infiltration

Infiltration means the process of the hydrological cycle where the water came from rainfall go inside the land then it will start to go in the process of the filter.


After the rainfall the water will go inside the land then it will go into the ground level water. After going in the ground level water it will start to filter in the pure water.


So the whole process of filling to listen of water in the deep or side of the land is known as infiltration.


In a simple way, the water that came from rainfall will start to change into pure water and nature will automatically start to filter those waters is known as infiltration. 


Percolation 

Population means the ground level water will start to go in the ocean from the ground level water. After the process of infiltration, the water of ground-level will start to go into the ocean Then the ground-level water will mix in the ocean.


Show the process of ground-level water going from ground level to Ocean is known as our percolation. In a simple way, the process of water from ground level to the Ocean is known as percolation.


So after that, all the water will go into the ocean. Then again the hydrological cycle will start in the evaporation process. 


So in the hydrological cycle basically there are two types of steps. That is known as an operation in Hapur transpiration condensation reputation precipitation infiltration percolation.

 What is population growth? The total number of human beings living in a particular area is known as a population. The total number of Total children, young people, and old people is known as a population. 


The difference between populations in particular areas in a particular duration is known as population growth. The result of your current minus last year is known as population growth. 


There are various reasons which will help us to increase the population growth. There are many factors that help us to increase population growth. 


In this article, I am going to discuss the population growth determination factor. Virar basically Three Types of the reasons for population growth. Now I am going to mention all the regions which are the causes of population growth. 




1. Fertility Rate

 due to the fertility rate, the population growth will be increased. The fertility rate is the main cause for population growth.


 The fertility rate helps us to count the total population in a particular area. If the fertility rate is increased then the population will also increase.


 Otherwise, if the fertility rate also decreased then the population of a particular area also decreased.

 There are many types of fertility rates. today in this article we are going to discuss the three types of fertility rates. We're going to discuss all the fertility rate types one by one below. 


1.1 Crude birth rate

 So if you are thinking about the crude birth rate then the total number of the birth rate divided by the total population of a particular area is known as a crude birth rate. 


If you divide the total number of birth rates by the total number of population in a particular area then you will get the crude birth rate. 


After getting the result you will know the fertility rate which will be one of the most amazing and easiest things. This is also one of the popular methods to find out the fertility rate. 


 This method helps us to find out the rate of birth date in a particular area doing this simple type of mathematical function. 


1.2. Standardized birth rate

 we will only count the total number of the 48 Hour birth rate of a specific region. It means in the standardized birth rate we will count only the specific region. 


If we equal the total number of specific groups or specific ethnicities or a specific age group composition of a particular region then what will be the result that is known as standardized birth rate. 


In the standardized birth rate, you do not count the whole population. We will just count the specific give reasons specific is group is specific sex composition of a particular region. 


1.3. General or Total Fertility Rate

 If we count the total number of the repeat optic capable women's number of a particular area without the total population of women then it is known as age or total fertility rate or General fertility rate.


 If we divide the total birth rate of children divided by the number of fertility age group women, then we will get the result of the total fertility rate.


 In total 43 to rate we will not count the total number of females. We will only count the total number of females who have the capability of reproduction. 


We will deduct the numbers of the females who don't have the capability of reproduction and who don't have the capacity of being pregnant.

2. Mortality Rate 

How many people are drying in a particular area for a year it's known as mortality. The mortality rate is also one of the biggest reasons for population growth. 


The population can increase or decrease due to the mortality rate. If there is a high mortality rate the population will decrease otherwise if there is a lace mortality rate in the population it will increase.


 Basically, there are four types of mortality rates. I am going to mention all the four types of mortality rates in Bullet style. Crude mortality rate infant mortality rate maternal mortality rate standardized mortality rate 


2.1 Crude Mortality Rate

the ratio of the total number of deaths and the total population in a particular area is known as crude mortality rate. If we divide the total number of dates in a year by the total population of the particular country then you will get the crude mortality rate.


 You can simply understand the formula for acute mortality rate, each crude mortality rate divided by the total population of a particular country. 


2.2 Infant mortality rate

 the total number of dying children for your particular area divided by the total number of living children is known as the infant mortality rate. 


you will get the result of the infant mortality rate after dividing the total number of children dying by the total number of children leaving. Every year there will be a particular number of the death rate of children and the particular number of living children


. And you have to divide those numbers using the formula the dying number of children for ear / the total number of living children per year. Then you will get the results of the infant mortality rate. 


2.3 Maternal mortality rate

if we calculate the total number of the data rate of children who are dying during the pregnancy divided by the total number of the children who are leaving after pregnancy.

 Then you will get the total maternal mortality rate. Every year there will be many death cases related to pregnancy due to various types of reasons.


 You have to count all the number of deaths of children during the pregnancy time then you will find out the total number of the maternal mortality rate. 


So this is related to pregnancy that's why every year you have to calculate the total pregnancy and total birth rate to get the maternal mortality rate. 


So guys the formula of maternal mortality rate is the total number of dead children in pregnancy time / the total number of living children per year after pregnancy. 


2.4 Standardized mortality rate

 we have to think that if the population of a particular region would be the same age as the country population then what would be the death rate? That is known as the standardized mortality rate. 


We will guess the standardized mortality rate using prediction. The prediction means the death rate of a particular age group in a particular area is equal to the population of our country. 


if you predicted that the death rate of a particular region equals the total population of a particular country then you will get a standardized mortality rate. 


3. Migration 

Migration is the main cause for an increase and decreases in population every year. So the main reason for population growth is migration.


 Migration plays a greater role in population growth because it will have to increase or decrease the population full stop if migration increases the population of the particular area will be decreased if the migration is decreased then the population of a particular area will be increased. 


Due to various reasons, humans will migrate from one place to another. The main reason for migration is the facility. Due to the lack of the facility then people decide to migrate from one place to another place.


 In the scenario of Nepal, the migration rate is very high. The people are migrating from rural areas to urban areas because of the facility. The government suite brings a useful and effective campaign to control migration. Otherwise, the migration will be increased. According to the report of the census of Nepal 2078, the migration rate is increasing dangerously. 


And the rural area is becoming empty. The government developed the infrastructure to provide the basic needs and services for the people living in rural settlements. 


Migration will especially play a major role in the fertility rate and mortality rate for the population growth of a particular area. So in this article, we basically discussed the three types of reasons which are for population growth. Due to those reasons, population growth will happen.
