I am also investing in many mutual funds in Nepal. That's why I am writing this article on my own experience. I m investing in various popular mutual funds since five years ago.
What is a Mutual fund?
Mutual funds are those funds that will help you to invest in the perfect company shares. If you don't know enough about the capital market then this will be the best option for you. What is SIP ?
The full form of the sip is a systematic investment plan. If you want to grow your capital then the SIP will help you to grow your fund. SIP helps people to get a big amount of money in the long term. SIP is operated by many famous capitals. Those capitals are known as fund managers.
SIP is mainly available in Open-ended-mutual funds only. because it is for the long term. But the close-ended mutual fund is for a certain time. It is handled by the authorized Capital only. You can also invest a fixed amount in a particular fixed time.
Which is the best SIP in Nepal?
It depends on the NAV. If the NAV is more than other SIP then it can be the best SIP Investment plan also. There are a few factors you should know about the SIP Before investing. Those factors will give you the best reason to by SIP. Those factors are given below. - Dividend History

There are basically four systematic investment plans (SIP) in Nepal. those names are given below.

- NIBL Sahabhagita Fund
- NMB Saral Bachat Fund E
- Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme
Those four SIP Mutual funds are available in the Nepali market. You can choose any of them. The NIC Asia dynamic debt fund is managed by
NIC Asia Capital. The NIBL Sahabhagita fund is managed by
Nepal Investment capital. The NMB Saral Bachat fund E is managed by
NMB capital and The Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme is Managed by
Siddhartha Capital.
How to calculate Navs for SIP Mutual funds?
The formula to count Net Asset Value (NAV) is Total Asset - Total liabilities / Total. No. of Units. If you calculated using this formula then you can easily calculate the NAV value.
How long time you should invest in SIP?
It depends on you. If you don't want to invest in a particular share for a certain time then the SIP is not a good investment. But if you want to invest in the SIP investment plan for the long term then SIP can be the best investment for you.
How to buy SIP units?
Before also I mentioned that there are four types of Open-ended mutual fund SIPs available in Nepal. You can choose any of them. If you want to purchase more no units then you can go with the low NAV SIP otherwise you can choose any of them.
